We understand that things happen, whether an emergency comes up, sickness, or unexpected events. 1. We do have a photography studio, located in Bonne Terre MO. We would be happy to schedule their individuals. 2. If your dancer was not able to attend on ANY dates, we will be happy to refund your full amount paid. BUT if she was able to attend to at least ONE individual but not the others, you will still get the full amount paid as spending money to use towards your online order. This is a common issue that we are trying to fix. Be sure to use the "drop down" box and SELECT the number of images you want to order, such as 2, 3, 4, and so on. If you are ordering "one image" at a time, it will always show the full amount per ONE image. But if you drop down, and select the total number of images, it'll reflect the total with the discounts included.
