The price is not reflecting the discounted prices when ordering more than one digital files.This is a common issue that we are trying to fix. Be sure to use the "drop down" box and SELECT the number of images you want to order, such as 2, 3, 4, and so on. If you are ordering "one image" at a time, it will always show the full amount per ONE image. But if you drop down, and select the total number of images, it'll reflect the total with the discounts included.

My prints have arrived, but they are damaged! What can I do about this?No worries! I've ordered my digital files, but did not download my images in time. Did I lose my pictures?No worries! We can easily extend the download link for another 30 days! The system is automatic to where it only gives clients 30 days to download them...but we can easily resend the link to you. I've ordered prints, and have not received them. What do I do?If you have not received your prints, please email us your name, mailing address and email. We will be happy to look into it to see what happened. My coupon code isn't working.1. Coupon codes can only be used one time. Make sure you haven't already placed an order, and have already used the code. 2. Coupon codes can ONLY be used for the gallery that it's assigned to. You cannot use last year's unused code, to this year's gallery. 3. Make sure you've entered the coupon code into the coupon code box, NOT gift certificate box. 4. Make sure the letters of the coupon code are ALL CAPS. I've never received my email that contains my coupon code.Our timeline from the last day of the photoshoot to send out your code by email, will be sent in 14 or less business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Make sure it's been at least that many days before contacting us. If it's been longer than 14 business days, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find your email, please email us www.focalpointedancephoto.com/contact-us with the following information. You email that was used at the time of registration/payment, your name, dancer's name and which dance studio your dancer attends. We will respond in 48 hours or less with the information that you need to place your order.

I'm having a hard time ordering my pictures.1. Sometimes the site has to run updates, and system maintenance. If you are having trouble getting into the site, please wait a few hours. 2. If you are still having issues with the system, and/or with pictures loading, it might be your internet connection, or you may have to clear your cookies or try a different browser. 3.. It is a much easier process to navigate and order using a laptop/computer rather than a cell phone. My dancer was not able to be at the photoshoot, and I've pre-paid her deposit fees.We understand that things happen, whether an emergency comes up, sickness, or unexpected events. We do have a photography studio, located in Bonne Terre MO. We would be happy to schedule their individuals. If your dancer was not able to attend on ANY dates, we will be happy to refund your full amount paid. BUT if she was able to attend to at least ONE individual but not the others, you will still get the full amount paid as spending money to use towards your online order.
