Bold, unexpected, and completely over the top!

This studio set is divided into black and white and finished with a high-shine red floor, creating a dramatic backdrop for this fashion-forward session. Dancers will create edgy black-and-white looks with pops of red, incorporating hats, chunky jewelry, feathers, statement shoes, glasses, and playful props.

Think bold patterns, stripes, polka dots, dramatic textures, and unexpected combinations. A little dramatic. A little wild. And definitely not your everyday dance photoshoot!

This is your chance to go all out with black-and-white couture with a bold pop of red. Think fashion editorial meets Met Gala — dramatic, unexpected, and completely YOU!

Black, white, and red outfits are encouraged. Outfits with patterns such as stripes, plaid, herringbone, polka dots are ENCOURAGED.  Add red lips, red shoes, red jewelry, statement jackets, dramatic skirts, bold pants, feathers, gloves, hats, oversized accessories, funky glasses, or anything else that takes your look to the next level.

Mix patterns. Layer textures. Play with proportions. Don't be afraid to make a statement!

CREATIVE DIRECTION

This session is all about fashion, attitude, drama, and personality. We’ll use the black-and-white set, high-shine red floor, dramatic lighting, and bold styling to create images that feel more like a fashion editorial than a traditional dance portrait.

Expect creative poses, strong shapes, movement, fashion portraits, and plenty of opportunities to get completely outside the box.
